Does your scale keep making measurement errors? In many cases there is no need to change it, just have a simple Operation Report carried out.
ABC Bilance can carry out Operating Reports on any type of non-automatic scale and on weights, weights, mass samples and general masses. (This service does not guarantee metrological traceability, which instead is obtained with a LAT Calibration).
LAT calibration
Accredia accreditation certifies that ABC Bilance's Calibration Laboratory (LAT n° 291) complies with the requirements of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 - General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
The Calibration Certificates issued by our Calibration Laboratory (LAT No. 291) are valid both in Italy and abroad and can be issued for non-automatic weighing instruments with a capacity of up to 150 tonnes and for mass and weight samples with nominal values from 1 mg to 20 kg and from 500 kg to 20000 kg.
Our LAT Calibration Certificates also guarantee Metrological traceability and are also recognised by external bodies.
Periodic Verification
Thanks to our Metrological Laboratory, we can offer our customers the Periodic Verification service to which all non-automatic weighing instruments used for legal metrology functions must be subjected every three years, according to Italian legislation.
Statistical control
Pre-packaged products are products that are contained in a closed package and prepared in such a way that the quantity of product it contains has a predetermined value that cannot be altered without opening or visibly altering the package.
In order to guarantee the quality of the production process and protect both the purchaser and the producer, it is necessary to check the weight of pre-packaged products. This control is regulated by Community Regulation No. 76/211/EEC and the national regulations in force in each country.
Thanks to statistical control, manufactured batches can be declared to comply with the laws in force, eliminating, among other things, the risk of overdosing with consequent product savings.
