Weight-IT
Vehicle weighing, control and traffic management… all in one solution!
Using our Weight-IT© software and the Smart Self unmanned system totem, we can connect cameras and barriers and set up a fully automated vehicle weighing system.
The software enables a single check-in at the entrance reception where the truck driver is given a registered badge which he can then use to perform the weighing operations.
Weight-FAST
Weight Fast is the industrial weighing software which allows to connect to compact scales (platforms, laboratory scales, dynamometers, etc.) amplifying and digitising their functionalities and allowing to manage the scale also remotely.
The software can be installed on a PC and through its user-friendly interface it allows you to: record and store the weighings, manage the scale’s tare and zero, and produce csv files containing all the weighings made.
By purchasing a scale with Weight-Fast you can take advantage of the tax credit guaranteed by the ‘Transition 4.0’ plan. ABC Bilance will also provide you with the Certification that demonstrates the characteristics required to qualify as an eligible asset.
Weight-APP
Weight-APP is the free app that connects your smartphone to your scale, via Bluetooth!
It displays the weight, performs the tare, sets the zero before a new weighing, prints the weighing and restarts the weight indicator.
The app is simple and free of charge; download the app, log in with a Google account and click on ‘settings’ to find the list of Bluetooth devices that have been paired with your phone, from which you can select the scale.
Weight-APP is particularly useful if you use platform scales or crane scales as it allows you to view the weight even remotely, directly from your smartphone.
Access Control
You can install our Weight-IT© software on every scale.
Weight-IT© dialogues with your infrastructure and is able to send notifications about a malfunction, even in predictive mode.
Thanks to Weight-IT©, in many cases we can also intervene remotely, ensuring an even more immediate resolution of the problem.

Automatic Weighing System in a Ceramic Industry
Veneta Cementi
Veneta Cementi S.r.l. is a Company part of a group that has been active in the production and marketing of concrete for some fifty years.
The company recently acquired at the Marghera industrial area a plant belonging to the “Titan cement S.A.” group. A rewamping operation was carried out in the new plant by modernizing the weighing and bridging machines and making their management automated.
Unigra
Unigrà is an agro-industrial group based in Conselice, established in 1972 that operates in the processing and sale of food ingredients and semi-finished products for food production, particularly confectionery.
At the Italterminali plant in Ravenna, ABC Bilance was responsible for renovating the weighing system by inserting two new Weighbridge Inground scales and WeightIT software to manage them.
